All Pompton products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful.

Orders are produced after checkout. Processing and shipping times may vary based on product type, fulfillment volume, carrier delays, and delivery address.

Because each product is made after purchase, returns are only accepted for damaged items, defective items, or incorrect items.

If there is a problem with your order, contact support with your name, order number, clear photos, and a short explanation of the issue.

Pompton does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selection, or address mistakes entered at checkout.
